چکیده

Background: Bacterial mastitis in cows is a huge challenge to the dairy cattle breeding and production industry. This study examined relationship between bacterial diversity at different sampling sites farms. Methods: High-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA V4 region was used analyze abundance population sampled from seven farm, named healthy cow milk (N), (C), perimammary (T), collecting cup (B), turntable surface (P), feces (F) bedding material (W). Result: In total, 2757356 reads were obtained results, which annotated 29 phyla, 67 classes, 166 orders, 295 families, 696 genera 306 species. all samples, Proteobacteria Firmicutes dominant microflora, while Oscillospira-UCG-005 Atopostipes proportions, indicating certain differences flora structure among samples. Furthermore, alpha analysis revealed high richness

Bacterial Community Diversity of Oil-Contaminated Soils Assessed by High Throughput Sequencing of 16S rRNA Genes

Soil bacteria play a major role in ecological and biodegradable function processes in oil-contaminated soils. Here, we assessed the bacterial diversity and changes therein in oil-contaminated soils exposed to different periods of oil pollution using 454 pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA genes. No less than 24,953 valid reads and 6246 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were obtained from all five studi...

High-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA amplicons characterizes bacterial composition in cerebrospinal fluid samples from patients with purulent meningitis

Purulent meningitis (PM) is a severe infectious disease that is associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality. It has been recognized that bacterial infection is a major contributing factor to the pathogenesis of PM. However, there is a lack of information on the bacterial composition in PM, due to the low positive rate of cerebrospinal fluid bacterial culture. Herein, we aimed to discr...

High-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA amplicons characterizes bacterial composition in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia

Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is a life-threatening disease that is associated with high rates of morbidity and likely mortality, placing a heavy burden on an individual and society. Currently available diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for VAP treatment are limited, and the prognosis of VAP is poor. The present study aimed to reveal and discriminate the identification of the full s...

Analysis of bacterial diversity in healing and non-healing wounds among Malaysian subjects by phenotypic identification and 16S rDNA sequencing

Wound healing is a complex sequence of events consisting of regeneration and repair. It has been proposed that bacteria present in wounds play a major role in delayed wound healing. The main objectives of this study are to identify the bacterial species present in wounds and to evaluate and compare the results obtained using conventional biochemical analysis and 16S rDNA sequencing. Wound swabs...

Bacterial Diversity and Community Structure in the Pine Wood Nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and B. mucronatus with Different Virulence by High-Throughput Sequencing of the 16S rDNA

Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is the pathogen of pine wilt disease. Bursaphelenchus mucronatus is similar to B. xylophilus in morphology. Both species share a common niche, but they are quite different in pathogenicity. Presently, the role of bacteria in pine wilt disease development has been widely speculated. The diversity of bacteria associated with B. xylophilus and B. mucronatus with differen...
